Positive Affirmations Can Reprogram Your Mind!
If you are struggling through life, it can only mean one thing. You have the wrong set of beliefs. Positive affirmations are one of the most effective ways to change your mindset from negative to positive.
Positive afirmations are basically statements that you repeat to yourself often enough. As the name suggests, they are also positive in nature. This is based on the fact that what happens in your life is just a symptom or a reflection of your current beliefs.
It therefore follows logically that in order to change your current reality you have to change your belief system. For example if you experience a lack of money in your life, this would mean that you hold beliefs which pushes money away from you.
An example of such a belief would be "money is the root of all evil" or "rich people are snobs or are stingy"
Let me stress that having a negative belief is not your fault. Because most of the beliefs we hold were instilled while we were kids and knew nothing about anything. These were usually beliefs held by our parents, who in turn got them from their parents.
You need all the support you can get to change the negative programming you have been subjected to for most of your life.

Here is an example of how negative programming may have been applied to you when you were a child.
Let's say you spilled milk or some other thing in the house. Your mother may yell at you, "You are wasting money. Where are we gonna get money to buy other milk"
So after some time you would get the idea and you wouldn't mess milk or money or water or anything else, because "there's no money." And because you have this belief, money wouldn't come into your life, which is evidence to you that there's a lack.
What may happen next is this. When you have kids you do the same, transferring your beliefs to them. The only way to stop this is by changing your programming. Positive affirmations are a very good way to help you accomplish this.
