Hi everyone.
It is said that if you don't have peace of mind you have nothing. This is especially true about the law of attraction. You need a mind that is free from all the clutter in order to be able to attract the things you want.
Today's article shows you creative ways to always enjoy peace of mind, no matter what is happening around you.
Enjoy it.
1. How to Solve Any Problem, and Instantly Enjoy Peace of Mind!
George Copsey Where are problems created? In your mind. Change the way you think to solve any problem, and be freer, lighter, more energetic and calmer. How can you have this awareness? It can be by using a very simple process.
Think about this for a moment: if something happened that you did not like (say, for example, a window broke in your office and rain got on your desk) it would be a problem only when you noticed it had happened AND interpreted it as being a problem.
Up until the moment you knew about it-- and chose the point of view that "it is a problem", it would not be a problem. It could not be, because you did not yet know about it.
Are you with me? Good.....
This leads to the awareness that the "problem" had been created, not on your desk, not even in your office, but in your mind-- by its interpretation, its "spin" or the meaning it put on the event of rain getting on the desk.
In our example, that the window had broken and rain had gotten on the desk was true, a simple fact-- it was.
....and, it was NOT a problem, unless you reacted automatically (or by choice) by adding an interpretation to the event that made it that way.
Now, I am not asking you to believe there are never any problems, I am simply suggesting the following for your awareness:
Make a game of going for a few hours noticing the interpretations you add to events that occur. Notice the only time you feel you have problems is when you interpret an event as being something you don't like and don't want.... and then resisting the event by focusing on the fact you do not like it and do not want it.
As you do that, notice how much LESS resourceful and able to handle what's happening you feel.
By doing this, you will find out for yourself that a problem can only exist in your mind and since that is the case, you can dissolve any problem simply by noticing where it was created.
Next, spend an entire day noticing you can choose NOT to interpret an event as being a problem, choose NOT to resist it, but simply treat it as something that happened, maybe even something you do no like or do not want.... but, still, it has happened.... there it is.....and then deal with it.
Notice how much more resourceful you feel, knowing you CAN handle it, no matter what "problem" comes up. Notice how much less stress, worry and anxiety you feel AND the exhilarating calm and peace of mind you experience.
A final thought to try on: a goal is simply a "problem" we want
Make a list of your problems... turn them into goals by putting a positive spin on them, so they're something you want.
Example: I do not want rain on my desk. Turning this "problem" into a goal, I focus on having a dry desk, fixing the window and wiping up the rain that's gotten in.
Solve your "problems" forever by realizing there is only one place they can exist-- in your mind-and you can dissolve them simply by choosing not to interpret events as a problem.
Will you slip from this lofty view? Of course you will... we are only human.... but remember, when you do slip-- it is not a problem! (unless you choose to view it that way)

"True peace is found in this moment. Acceptance is the 1st step to inner calm.

" Peacefulness is an inner sense of calm - it comes from becoming still - in order to reflect and meditate on our inner wisdom and receive answers. A peaceful heart is one that is free from worry and trouble. It's becoming quiet so we can look at things quietly so we can more clearly understand them and thus come up with creative solutions. It is learning to live in the present."
